China post office delivery time controversy:
1. Buyers should know the difference between expected delivery time provided by Aliexpress and delivery time promised by HELLOFISH
2. The expected delivery time provided Aliepxress for all countries is 15-25 days (delivery time for 80% of the goods is in this range)
3. Promised delivery time is the protection time which the buyer can see on the order page after the goods delivery by Hello Fish (usually 60 days, Russia and Brazil may be 90 days or 120 days). Because the uncertainty of parcel delivery of post office, Hello Fish wonât promise any delivery time shorter than the protection time.
4. You will receive an email 10 days before the protection time runs out. If you do not get the package until then, please contact Hello Fish, we will help you solve the problem.
Testing data disputes (controversy, debate) are explained as follows:
1. Buyers should refer to the watermark data table of Hello Fish (not parameters showed by Aliexpress).
2. When testing the product, buyer need to test the product in the testing environment which is in strict accordance with the environment the table indicates.
3. If the data is different with Hello Fish’s data, please check tolerances provided by Hello Fish.
4. If the buyer test the product in the specified test environment and the data goes beyond the tolerances provided by Hello Fish. We offer the following compensation:
A: If the data goes beyond the tolerances more than 10%, we give you 10% refund.
B: If the data goes beyond the tolerances more than 20%, we give you 50% refund.
C: If the data goes beyond the tolerances more than 30%, we give you 100% refund or resend a new product to you.
5. Evidences needed to be provided for compensation.
A: Pictures show the temperature and relative humidity of the test environment.
B: Pictures of the product testing data. We’d like the buyers to help us to point out the errors.
Compensation solution for quantity discrepancies.
1. Buyers can refer to below options to know what the package includes:
A. The first picture in the picture frame.
B. The description of the packing list.
C. The right picture of the packing list provided by Hello Fish.
2. Compensation for missing products (for example: the buyer bought 2pcs but only get 1 pc): Hello Fish will send the missing product or provide the refund for the missing product.
3. Compensation for the lack of accessories: Hello Fish will send the missing part or give 120 % refund of this accessory’s sale price (for example: The buyer bought LED strip set (15USD) Packing picture shows it contains the power adapter + controller + LED strip, but the buyer only receives LED strip + controller, lacking of power adapter which sale price is 6.5USD, Hello Fish will give the refund 6.5 * 120% = 7.8USD)
Compensation solution for product breaking down:
1. After you get the product, test it correctly with the testing method or testing tools specified by Hello Fish. If the product doesn’t work, you can choose one of below options
A: Hello Fish resend products.
B: Hello Fish give you 100% refund
2. If the accessories of the product breaks down, Hello Fish will resend or provide 120% refund of the accessory’s sale price (for example: the buyer bought an LED strip set (15USD), packing picture show that it contains the power adapter + controller + LED strip, but only LED strip + controller work, power adapter (sale price 6.5USD) breaks down , we will return 6.5 * 120% = 7.8USD to the buyer)
3. If the product is partially damaged,
A: For damages less than 10% (for example 300LED strip, 3-30 LED chips damaged), Hello Fish will give you 30% refund.
B: For damages more than 30%, Hello Fish will give you 80% refund.
C: For damages more than 50%, Hello Fish will give you 100% refund.
Compensation solution for color error:
1. If you get the product with wrong color, we will give you 50% refund.
